Your mission

• Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize future project outcomes.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with our product management, commercial, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with strategic goals.
• Support Growth: Assist the partnerships division with pre-sales activities, contributing to business development and customer acquisition efforts.
• Strategic Reporting: Provide regular updates to the head of the unit and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment on project milestones.

Your profile

• Aviation Expertise: A solid background in aviation, with hands-on experience in ground handling, baggage handling, airport operations, or airline IT systems.
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale enterprise projects, particularly in project and partner management.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience leading digital transformation and innovation projects within the aviation industry, with knowledge of virtual interlining being a plus.
• Customer-Centric: A proven ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
• Aviation Experience: 5+ years of experience in the aviation industry, with a deep understanding of its complexities and unique challenges.
• Industry Insight: Prior experience working with aviation IT and travel technology suppliers, airlines, ground handlers, or airports.
• Qualifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification, along with a degree in engineering, project management, or logistics.
• Adaptability: Flexibility and a growth mindset to lead in an ever-evolving and dynamic industry.
