Your mission
We're on the lookout for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for making our digital platforms user-friendly and visually appealing. You'll be working closely with a cross-functional team to come up with designs that are easy to use and in line with our brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product management to define design tasks and priorities for the product, visuals, and experience.
- Help our junior designers out by guiding, giving feedback, and supporting them.
- Work together with the engineering teams to put the solutions into action. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align with business goals.
- Take care of all the cool design stuff from the idea to the final product for the tech guys to work on.
- Make sketches, draw user journeys, and create models to communicate your design concepts and interactions easily.
- Talk to clients to figure out what they need, show them some design options, and take their opinions into account.
- Check out what users are saying and doing to make the experience better.
