Associate Product Manager

Your mission
  • Develop a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Airsiders' virtual interlining, flight distribution, and airport wayfinding products in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct extensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competition to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders like customers, airlines, airports, and technology partners to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Lead the entire product development process from ideation to launch, including design, development, testing, and feature enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Monitor product metrics, analyze data, and gain insights for performance optimization and continuous enhancement.
  • Project Management: Define project scope, timelines, and milestones, and ensure effective project management to meet delivery goals
Your profile

  • 1-2 years in product management.

  • Experience in the travel, aviation, or technology industries is a bonus.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality products on time.

  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed product decisions.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
