Customer Service Travel Agent

Your mission

You are the first point of contact for our customers and provide advice on their requests regarding their bookings, complaints, and invoices. In doing so, your main task is to assist our business and customers on the phone and via email in using the online booking systems, to make flight bookings, offer our customers a full-service package and find a solution for any problems. You will give our customers the best service to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. You keep calm and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment working towards targets. You enjoy working in an international
team, and you value exchanging ideas with your colleagues.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers

  • Respond promptly and kindly to customer inquiries via phone and email.

  • Working in global distribution system Travelport Galileo 

  • Communicating with third-party providers and consolidators to solve customers' inquiries related to air tickets 

  • Monitoring daily bookings and payments in multiple reservation systems

  • Checking the accuracy of the content on our OTA website

Your profile
  • Travelport Galileo certificate

  • Customer service and problem-solving skills 

  • Strong command of the English language and excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Familiarity with computers Must be highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Must have a computer, phone, and internet

  • Detail-oriented, excellent time-management and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

  • Flexibility to work on weekends

  • Experience working as a Travel Agent 

  • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes 

    Shifts Day Shift: 8 am to 6 pm 2 times per week, including weekends Job Type: Part-time
